For all teams attending tournaments:

SRVA  posts all the sites and times for tournament play on their website. Starting the Tuesday before the tournament, you can check the SRVA website for tournament details. Here is how you can check:

1. Go to www.srva.org (you can click on this link)
2. Once there, go to "SRVA Online." You will see the tab on the top of the SRVA page
3. You will see a page that lists a section for Adults and Juniors
4. Under the "Juniors" section, you will see a tab for "Tournament Calendar." Click on that tab.
5. Once there, you will see an Event Calendar.
6. Go to the "Date" menu and select your tournament date (e.g., 1-16-2010 for the Chattanooga tournament this weekend.)
7. Once you select the date, click on the "View" tab.
8. You will see a list of all the tournaments being hosted that weekend and the age divisions they are hosting.
9. Click on the age division that you are participating in.
10. When you do that, you will see  the teams that are entered, what pool you are in, the time you begin play, and the playing site.
11. The scehdule will be listed below the pools.

The coaches will give you details about when to be at the gym, what to expect, etc. Remember that you will be reffing as well. In fact, you cannot leave the gym until your refereeing duties are completed. If you do, we will face a hefty penalty from the SRVA.
